VISION.

AlarmFlow founder working in a clean, focused workspace

Alex Rivers — Lead Architect

It began with a single laptop, a quiet room, and an obsession with the rhythmic flow of deep work.

In 2022, on a quiet desk in a home office, our founder built his first timer with nothing but stubbornness and a half-written script for a focus-state engine. The result was unusable. The second was worse. The third — shared with a small community of developers — silenced the noise.

"We were not making a timer. We were translating the chaos of the day into a language of focus."

A few years later, AlarmFlow occupies a singular position: a product-first house producing only focus-state timers, engineered for deep work. We release fewer than four major updates per year. Every feature is hand-coded. Every interaction is hand-tuned.

Vision, to us, is not nostalgia. It is the refusal to compromise on quality when speed would be easier — the conviction that the timer, like the tool, deserves a place at the most exacting desks in the world.

— CHAPTER II

Our Philosophy.

The Precision Method

We design for absolute clarity, refusing the cluttered interfaces that mask true productivity. What remains is structure, rhythm, and a bracing focus that demands your best work.

Deep Flow

Each session is engineered for sustained concentration for a minimum of ninety minutes. Time is the only resource we refuse to economize on, and it shows in every completed task.

User Stewardship

Our tools are crafted by hand, our algorithms refined without bloat. Sustainability is not a marketing claim at AlarmFlow — it is the foundation of everything we build.
